Martin Bolduc, Personal Trainer In West Vancouver,BC

From a very early age I had been actively involved in different sports, such as ice hockey, baseball and cross-country skiing. I started to practice Martial Arts ( Karate Kyoshin-do and Sankudo) at the age of 14. I obtained my Black Belt by the time I turned 21 and had won more than 75 Tournaments in North America. Highlights from my achievements in Karate include a first place finish at the U.S. OPEN Karate Championship in Florida in 1986 and was ranked 4th in Canada in 1988. The turning point in my career was in 2001 when I decided to begin natural bodybuilding. Within three years I competed in two worldwide Natural Bodybuilding shows and placed 2nd at the Natural Caribbean Grand Prix 2004, Grand Caymand and finished 6th at the INBF World Championship in 2005, NewYork.

I have discovered a new passion for fitness and healthy life style. And this passion also helped me survive from throat/tonsile cancer in 2007. Few months later I won the Lean Body Challenge 2008 from Lee Labrada. Therefore, I sincerely hope, through my work, my passion can have the same impact to your life as it does for me...

As an accomplished Personal Trainer, I'm a registered ACE (American Council on Exercise) and BCRPA (British Columbia Recreation Park Association), Personal Trainer and I work on the North Shore of Vancouver.
